Minimum 3 yrs of experience as Customer Care in BPO / ITES mandatory
Candidate should have experience in handling a team of domestic bpo

Job Description
As a CSA process team leader, your responsibility will be to supervise daily operations and personnel aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
You will also ensure that technology is utilized to a maximum and that staff are well-organized and productive. You will lead a team of 10-15 members involved in the chat and calling process
Your overall role is to handle operations on a daily basis, define and implement processes and technology needed for operations to scale up
Setting and meeting high-performance targets for speed and efficiency
Manage escalations as the first point of contact.
Monitoring calls to improve timely response, minimize errors and track operative performance.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, quality initiatives and change initiatives.
Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.
Training call centre staff to high standards of call and chat management.
